Open Farming Method
Driven by our dedication to delivering unwavering quality, we prioritise the well-being of our poultry by meticulously maintaining optimal living standards. Situated within the expansive 21-hectare farmland in Serdang, Kedah, our ducks thrive in a clean and secure habitat, offering them the freedom to roam at will. As of 2023, our farm’s capacity has exceeded 200,000 ducks.
Our ducks are allowed to live out their natural lives freely in the open, without being locked up in cages all the time. Furthermore, we hatch our own eggs to produce ducklings in order to grow and maintain a healthy duck population on our farm. In fact, Lai Hin hatches up to 15,000 duck eggs weekly.

Preserved Delicacy
The Salted Eggs
Salted Duck Eggs are a preserved delicacy created through the process of immersing duck eggs in brine or encasing each egg in moistened salted charcoal. In addition to salted eggs, Lai Hin Trading also engages in the trading of salted egg yolks, which are harvested only after being seasoned for a minimum of one month.
